Besides the bragging rights of being one of the members of our President’s Club? Members will have the opportunity to win an incredible trip for them and their plus-one to the beautiful UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico from March 4-7, 2026.

To be considered, you must have been in your current role for a minimum of six months.

Sales:

• All managers qualify at 100% of their full-year quota.
• Sales managers (minimum of one year (12 months) in current role) who are team leads that carry an individual and team quota qualify based on 100% of team quota and 100% individual results; qualification is automatic if above 100% on both and not part of Individual Stack Rank.
• Stack Ranking within each group; number of eligible qualifiers varies by group. 100%+ Quota Attainment for 2025 is required to qualify, as well as a minimum Booking attainment of 75% of fully ramped quota for that role.
• Sales Engineers do not qualify under the Sales category, as there is no quota for their role to achieve. Instead, the Sales Engineer role has the potential to receive an invitation via CRO Wildcard or through the employee nomination process at the end of the year.
• Wildcard Invites: The CRO reserves the right to use up to two Wildcard Invites based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative performance standards or to recognize extraordinary efforts or achievements.

Non-Sales:

• This year, we are opening up President’s Club to employees outside of the sales organization (below Director level), with eligible employees selected from a peer nomination process.
• Starting on December 1, 2025, you'll have the opportunity to nominate colleagues through a simple submission process. Nominations will close mid-December and leadership will review all entries. We will announce the selected members in January, alongside the qualifying sales teammates.

Selection Criteria (demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas):

1. Driving Our North Star: Exceptional contributions that embody WorkWave's purpose and mission through measurable impact
2. Cross-Functional Excellence: Significant collaborative achievements that elevate customer experience and business outcomes
3. Innovation Champion: Introduction of new ideas, processes or tools that meaningfully enhance efficiency, revenue generation or team dynamics
4. Exemplifies Core Values: Demonstrated extraordinary performance and alignment with our core values: be authentic, be an impact player, make a difference, empower yourself and others, and embrace opportunities

The nomination should include an example of at least one of the criteria points above, specific to an action in 2025

Member and Guest Expenses Compensated by WorkWave

• Airfare to and from location of President’s Club 2026
• Mileage to and from member's residence at the current WorkWave mileage rate
• Airport parking fee March 4-7, 2026
• Transportation fare to and from member’s residences and the airport, if the amount is less than mileage and parking fee
• One (1) checked baggage fee per person (one for Member and one for Guest) to and from destination
• Golf Clubs as checked baggage if member and/or guest is scheduled to participate in a golf activity and fee does not exceed the cost of rental clubs
• Airport meals and refreshments that do not exceed $25 per person per day
• Ground transportation scheduled by WorkWave to and from the airport and the resort
• Ground transportation scheduled by WorkWave for off-site group activities and events
• Self-parking at the resort for members that drive from their residence to the resort using a personally-owned vehicle
• Hotel room, including taxes and fees
• For flights delayed three hours or longer, an additional $25 per person will be allowed for meals and refreshments
• Members may bring one guest. Guests must be spouses, domestic partners or “significant others.” Friends, relatives or other family members do not qualify.

• Any vacation portion of the trip
• Cab fare, car rental, limousine or chauffeured service to and from member’s residence and the airport if the amount is greater than mileage and parking fee
• Curbside check-in
• More than one (1) checked baggage fee per person to and from destination, unless checking golf clubs for a scheduled golf activity and fee does not exceed the cost of rental clubs
• In-flight Wi-Fi service
• Any change fees resulting from revisions to ticketed airline travel made after the 24-hour confirmation period
• Any travel fees associated with missed flights
• Ground transportation to and from the resort that is not scheduled by WorkWave
• Personal transportation (including cab fare) to surrounding areas of the resort that are not part of a scheduled group activity or event
• Meals purchased during the event when meals are provided as part of the event
• Activities that are not scheduled and confirmed by WorkWave
• Any type of sporting equipment, clothing or retail, including golf balls, not provided by WorkWave
• Golf shoes/clubs rental
• In-room dining (Room Service)
• In-room bar and snacks (Honor Bar)
• In-room movies
• Laundry or valet service
• Personal phone calls made from hotel room
• Any personal items purchased at shops located on or off resort property (including tobacco products)

After FY’25 bookings results are validated by the finance team the first week of January, each qualifier will receive an official invitation from Joe King. The invitation will be followed by an email with instructions on how to finalize your travel.

Resort Room Reservations: All resort room reservations will be made and confirmed by WorkWave’s designated travel agent. President’s Club is designed for adults; all guests should be 18 years of age or older. As each member with accompanying guest registers for President’s Club, the assumption is made that member and guest will share a room

Flight Arrangements:

• President’s Club qualifiers will make all flight arrangements through WorkWave’s designated travel portal (Navan).
• WorkWave will cover standard airfare charges for each member and guest. Any cost difference from the standard charge will be the member’s responsibility and must be reimbursed to WorkWave (this includes upgrades to first class).
• Confirmation of the accuracy of each member and guest travel itinerary must be made with Navan (formally TripActions) within 24 hours of receipt of your itineraries, even if there are no changes. Any changes made after the 24-hour period that result in additional cost will be the responsibility of the member.
• The qualifier and their guest must both depart from the same location when booking their airfare; WorkWave is not responsible for guests’ airfare or travel prior to the flight that takes them to the President’s Club destination.
• All flights must be booked through Navan (formally TripActions). If you are having issues, please contact Navan directly oreventstravel@workwave.com. Do NOT book outside of Navan under any circumstances.

Yes, we have established member and guest guidelines for President’s Club as we have for all WorkWave events.

Members and Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain an appropriate appearance at all times. WorkWave, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse, deny, revoke, remove or cancel inclusion in the President’s Club for anyone who displays inappropriate behavior or is considered a nuisance, disruption or a danger to themselves or others. Anyone denied membership or ejected from an event will not receive President’s Club recognition and will not be compensated for membership in any way.

Members and Guests will be expected to attend all events during the schedule; the agenda will be provided prior to the event.

Guests must be spouses, domestic partners or “significant others”. Friends, relatives or other family members do not qualify.

Safety policies and procedures are expected to be followed at all times, including Covid protocols from the CDC and WHO regarding travel and local Covid policies at the resort location.

If a Member would like to extend their stay either prior to or after the event, approval must be received by their manager and the CRO.

The following travel and offsite event guidelines have been established for all employees. They are designed for the convenience and protection of everyone and follow the concepts of mutual respect and appropriate workplace behavior. Breaches of these guidelines will result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.

Since it is impossible to list guidelines to cover every situation, the absence of an illustration from the list will not be the basis for avoiding disciplinary action when WorkWave believes such action is warranted. The activities prohibited by WorkWave include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Disorderly conduct, including fighting, acting in an obscene manner, using obscene, abusive or threatening language, or horseplay
• Violating the policies of the WorkWave company handbook
• Reporting to work intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Any employee under the care of a physician prescribing a specific drug should bring this to the attention of the employee’s supervisor.
• Possession, use, distribution, manufacture, sale or dispensation of any controlled substance or illegal drugs
• Failure to report to assigned meetings or functions
• Unauthorized consumption of alcohol during work-related activities
• Stealing from clients, WorkWave or fellow employees
• Defacing or damaging company or offsite work location property

This list is not all-inclusive and serves only as a sample. Violation of the rules or guidelines may result in disciplinary action up to and possibly including immediate termination of employment.

Behaviors or actions similar in nature should also be avoided.

We are not providing cash equivalents in lieu of the incentive trip in any circumstances.
